Løvtag – luxury treehouse hotel
The first of nine exclusive treehouse cabins has been completed in what will become a 9-cabin treetop nature escape. Located on a peninsular by the sea at the Mariager Fjord estuary, the retreat combines easy access to woodland and open sea.
Created by Berlin-based, Danish-owned architectural and furniture design studio Sigurd Larsen, the treehouse cabins themselves are constructed around tall single pine trees on a hilltop with panoramic views to green meadows.

Each with space for four people, the treehouses are designed for open-plan living and combine a kitchen and bedroom with separate toilet. An outdoor shower is mounted on the cabin to create the experience of bathing in the forest. A wooden stairway leads to the rooftop terrace.
